• Use prospect research and recommendations only for lawful, professional business activities
• Conduct lawful market research

• Violating applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.)
• Sending spam or harassment
• Redistributing, reselling, or making available the prospect research, recommendations, or other deliverables provided by HitUp to third parties without permission
• Misrepresenting your identity or business
• Fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activities
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Using the Service to generate or support unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent activities

• Use the information provided through the Service only for your own legitimate internal business purposes
• Protect any personal data obtained through the Service using appropriate security measures
• Respect opt-out requests and privacy rights
• Notify us if you become aware of material inaccuracies, security concerns, or misuse of the Service

Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, suspension, termination of your access to the Service, or other actions we reasonably consider necessary to protect the Service, our users, or to comply with applicable law.
