Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using HitUp AI ("HitUp", "we", "our", "Service"), operated by Kecskeméti Levente e.v., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HitUp provides prospect intelligence and research for B2B companies.
Depending on the service purchased, HitUp may provide:
- Defining or refining your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Researching companies and decision-makers
- Prioritizing prospects using AI-assisted analysis
- Enriching publicly available business information
- Delivering prospect research, recommendations, and supporting context
The Service does not include managed outreach, campaign execution, legal advice, or guaranteed sales results.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you may need to provide a valid email address and onboarding details. Authentication is currently handled using passwordless magic links. We do not store user passwords.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits misuse of the data and unlawful outreach.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change over time.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen method.
5.3 Refunds
Because the Service consists of customized research and digital deliverables created specifically for each customer, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If we fail to deliver the agreed service, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement deliverables or a refund where appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
HitUp retains ownership of the software, workflows, prompts, branding, and other intellectual property used to provide the Service.
Upon successful delivery and subject to these Terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prospect research and recommendations for your internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business opportunities. HitUp provides research, analysis, and recommendations. You remain solely responsible for evaluating that information and for any business decisions made using the Service, as well as for the lawful use of the prospect research and recommendations provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Hungary unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve functionality, perform maintenance, or comply with legal or security requirements.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
